Bogdan Grigorievich Zbyshko

Bogdan Grigorievich Zbyshko, Doctor of Economic Science, Professor, Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (PRUE)

B.G. Zbyshko graduated from the Lvov Vocational College of Light Industry; in 1977 graduated from the Department of Mechanics and Technology of the Lvov Polytechnical University. In 1985 he entered the full-time post graduate faculty of the Higher School of the Trade Union Movement, the Chair of Economics, Labour Management and Labour Norming. In 1988 B.G. Zbyshko graduated from it when he defended the dissertation “Formation of Stable Labour Collectives at Enterprises of Machine-Building Industry of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic”. He was invited to work as a lecturer at the same Chair. In March 1994 B.G. Zbyshko started working in the apparatus of the State Duma Committee on labour and social policy in the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and till the present time he is a counsellor of the said Committee. He has a class rank of the Counsellor of State of the Russian Federation of the 3-rd Class. In 1999 Bogdan G. Zbyshko received the second higher education in the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with the qualification of lawyer. In 2001 he became a docent at the Chair of Economics, Organisation and Management in Construction Industry of the Moscow Construction and Engineering Institute Named after Kuibyshev. In 2004 B.G. Zbyshko defended a dissertation of doctor of economic science on the subject: “Formation and Regulation of Social Labour Relations in Russia (international and national aspects)”.
