Anatolii Borisovich Doktorovich, Doctor of Economic Science, Professor, Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA)

A.B. Doktorovich is a graduate of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), speciality «Mathematical Cybernetics, Control Theory”. After graduating from MIPT, he entered and then successfully completed the post graduate course at the Computation Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In July 1975 he defended a dissertation for an academic title of candidate of physico-mathematical sciences, speciality “Mathematical Cybernetics”. In 2000 A.B. Doktorovich completed a further training course in the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, specialising in theory and practice of state administration of market economy. In 2006 he took the course “Network Technologies in Distance Learning” at the same Academy. In 2001 he started working as the Head of the Department of education monitoring, innovation and publishing activities in the Directorate of Educational Institutions subordinate to the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation. In 2004 during the panel session of the Dissertation Council Д 502.006.03 operated by the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation A.B. Doktorovich defended his dissertation for an academic title of doctor of economic science according to the following specialities: 08.00.05 – economics and management of the national economy (labour economics) and 08.00.13 – mathematical and instrumental methods in economics. In 2005 he participated in the contest and was accordingly appointed as professor of the Chair of Labour and Social Policy at the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation. In 2012 the Academic Council of RANEPA elected A.B. Doktorovich to the position of Professor of the Chair of Labour and Social Policy at the International Institute of Public Administration and Management (IIPAM RANERA).
