Kadyrbech Khadzhumarovich Delokarov, Doctor of Philosophical Science, Professor, Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA)
K.Kh. Delokarov graduated from Physico-Mathematical Department of Adygei State Pedagogical Institute (1963), and completed the post graduate course at the Chair of Philosophy of Moscow State Pedagogical Institute (MSPI) named after V.I. Lenin (1968). From 1968 to 1970 he worked as a senior lecturer at the Chair of Philosophy in MSPI named after V.I. Lenin. From 1970 to 1988 he was first a senior, then the leading researcher at the Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. From 1988 till the present time he has been a Professor of the following institutions: the Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (1988-1992), Russian Academy of Management (1992-1994), Russian Academy of Public Administration (from 1994 till date). In 1992-1994 K.Kh. Delokarov was the Vice-Principal of the Humanitarian Centre of the Russian Academy of Management. In 1994-1996 and from 2000 till date he is the Deputy Chair in charge of research at the Chair of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Public Administration. K.Kh. Delokarov is a full member of the Russian academy of natural sciences and a number of other academies. His candidate (1968) and doctoral (1982) dissertations are devoted to philosophical problems of non-classical physics, and to concept analysis of the specific character of interactions between philosophy and non-classical (relativistic and quantum mechanics) physics in Russian and world science.
